Agus and his staff were the kindest most accommodating staff we have come across we arrived at midnight with our kids checked straight in and they were fine with the kids playing in the pool quite loudly till around 3am late check out was no problem so made the late flight so much easier .. anything we needed they helped with couldn't reccomend this villa more 😁 also Warung kecil two shops up was the best place in the world for easy and close food options on those days the kids needed to relax

First of all I want to thank all the staff they were so helpful and they solve any issues directly and they are so close to you if you need anything . The villa was so great and and super clean what we most like is the living room space with huge TV screen also the sound system was amazing.

Located just a 5-minute stroll from the lively Oberoi Street and Seminyak Beach, Serene Villas provides free WiFi access from all areas of the villa. We enjoyed our honeymoon at their one bedroom villa with private pool. The staff and the manager Mr. Putu were so kind and helpful. We extended our stay because of their outstanding service. The breakfast was great and the location was perfectly close to shops, spas, restaurants and not far walking from the beach. I recommend Sereene Villas and it's great value for the money.

Really nice staff , the dorm was nice and confy bed.. beautiful swimming pool and great location close to the beach .. i would come back
