Friendly and helpful staff. We asked for iron, for new chair, to help us with laundry - they helped us with everything! This hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with a various selection of dishes, including fruit and desserts. Very tasty! Also there is nice swimming pool and the restaurant at the top. We tried there pasta, it was good!

Friendly staff and super delicious breakfast with a range of food. Again, the food is so good. The room is good too, small but comfortable for two people. The bed and bathroom are good too. Aircon a bit noisy but the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza and we love it so much. I will comeback again whenever visit Surabaya as the location also close to train station as well. The Cafe/restaurant is so instagramable 🤗
