He advised on everything nearby, was flexible with a late check out, and even returned our scooty for us. We came and went from the hotel at any time of day no issue. Check in and out easy. The AC and fan are effective and kept the room cool, the fridge and TV worked. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Excellent for the price.
