Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good. The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.

The location was spot on, booking.com booking process was so seamless. As I traveled with my mother she enjoyed and we were upgraded to a much more spacious room. The reception staff was amazing.
