All staff have great attention to detail! In special mention chef Rajendra Singh, Amit and Saurabh Sharma (Manager) who help made our child’s dairy allergies and him being a vegan so possible! They created and curated dishes to his liking for breakfast! So kudos to the team for that!

Hotel Palace Heights is a jewel in the chaos of Delhi. The room was clean with all the amenities, including a hair-drier. One big advantage of the hotel is that metro is only about 200 metres away. We even went to the airport by metro thanks to its proximity, just to avoid the traffic and local taxi drivers. They let us have an early check-in. Buffet breakfast was excellent, real restaurant level. A very nice place and friendly staff.
