The people were kind and they were considering that what you need. The breakfast was enough and diversity. Also the service and room’s design were perfect.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. A very nice hotel with great staff and amazing rooftop. Location also is great, in a quite area but close to center. And close to the river.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with letting us store luggage while waiting to check in. Breakfast was very nice and the stay was quite comfortable.

Although not big, it's beautifully decorated, furnished and maintained, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, large, luxurious, actually can't praise it enough, we'd go to Florence just for this hotel alone, well done guys, amazing job, so much good taste in everything, excellent customer service, an absolute pleasure to be there, loved it!

Located in the Santa Maria Novella district in Florence, BB Hotels Smarthotel Derose offers 4-star rooms with free WiFi. Very modern and beautiful hotel. Had all necessities and was quite neat. Staff was also quite helpful.
