I’ve got the best room overlooking the piazza. The hotel’s just very close to the train station and a very close walk to the Duomo. The staff had been most wonderful, too. Be sure to have breakfast at the most magnificent dining hall before hitting the cobbled streets.

The room and bathroom are well neat and clean with latest of classic design. The sitting in the backyard was a different experience. Last but not least, he staff are super friendly and supportive. Also, the breakfast was classic and light. we really loved every moment of it and would love to stay again 🤍💙

Good room, comfortable but without any view. Perfect location in the center of Florence. Good breakfast on terrace in the center of Florence, with view.

Pokój czysty, schludny i komfortowy, wygodne łóżko i przede wszystkim duże.

With a quiet yet central location, Hotel Embassy is a few steps from Santa Maria Train Station in central Florence. It serves a varied buffet breakfast in its dining room with original arches. the staff were so welcoming, polite and helpful. even offered to accommodate us for checking out super early but unfortunately we had no time before making out train. made out so much more enjoyable. room was clean and service was reliable with changing towels and making the bed each day. I did cross paths with one of the cleaners coming back from our breakfast as she was about to enter our room, which she politely said she will come back later instead. my only tiny fault with the room would be the bathroom/shower being slightly dark in the evenings and the water temp was tricky to get on a sweet spot. but such a minor complaint that I would still 100% recommend here despite it.
