San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness center, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. We forgot our passports in our room’s safe and was already in Naples port while the hotel stuff were AMAZING and sent us the passports with the next fairy ! Wouldn’t make it to our next destination without them.

Hotel Terme Principe is set 689 feet from Lacco Ameno’s beach. It features of 2 swimming pools, a spacious garden, and a wellness center. Location very close to Lacco Ameno - very convenient for the beach but not noisy. Very close to a bus stop. The breakfasts were plentiful and the night I dined with them was a lovely meal.

Near the peaceful pedestrian area and just a few steps away from the beach, Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera offers a fully equipped wellness center and thermal baths on Ischia Island. What a terrific surprise this property was! After being on the road traveling throughout Italy for 15 days, we were delighted to discover this wonderful spot. It felt like a deluxe resort without the deluxe resort price. The indoor thermal spring-fed pool, the on-site spa, the outdoor heated pool, the extensive breakfast included, the option to reserve for their on-site dinner, the excellent front desk staff, the day porter who takes your luggage to your room, the outdoor sitting area under a wisteria arbor, all of it was very much appreciated! I had a wonderful treatment at the spa - I highly recommend their services! We paid much more for other places we stayed that offered a whole lot less. A real bargain for all that comes along with the lovely private rooms!

Admire beautiful views out over the coast of Lacco Ameno from the panoramic location of this charming hotel. Relax in the spa center which includes a natural, thermal pool. Very nice spa hotel, ideal for short holidays. Hotel manager was very kind and help us in an unusual situation.

Just a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach, Albergo La Reginella offers a host of wellness and sports facilities. I loved the room, so beautiful and large. I felt like I was really relaxed and at home. The view was great overlooking the pools. The staff are very helpful with my limited Italian. The bathroom was very large by European standards. I loved opening the bathroom window and letting the air and sun in while getting ready. We had a little patio the sit and watch the sun rise and this truly beautiful island come alive. The people around town are very welcoming and get to know you. The termal baths are relaxing and the spa services are top notch. The weather was consistently good even though it looked like it was going to rain. I was able to lay out and enjoy the sun. I will definitely be back and stay for longer

Located on the seafront in Lacco Ameno on the Island of Ischia, Hotel La Sirenella offers a restaurant, bar and accommodations with air conditioning. The hotel was fabulous , as were the staff. The owner Gloria, was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. I had a great view from my balcony and the room was a nice size. The hotels restaurant downstairs is located right on the water and has its own private beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, within a minute or two walk. The nearby thermal pools were just a fiftieth minute walk up the street. I absolutely loved my stay here.

Boasting a large hot tub and a panoramic rooftop terrace, Hotel Terme Marina is on Lacco Ameno's seafront. It has its own private beach and guest benefit from 1 parasols and 2 sun loungers. I cannot describe how wonderful this hotel is, beautiful in everyway, the best part being its not a Hilton! It's very Italian, run by Italians. The style is perfect and couldn't have been nicer. We were very lucky to have a room with balcony overlooking the sea and private beach. There was nothing else we could have expected. Lovely beach side restaurant, food was good, although we aren't the type of people who moan if its not Michelin 5 star.

The staff was exceptional -- the kindness and attentiveness of the staff (from the pool life guards and barmen, to the front desk staff) was a 5 star deluxe.
