I, personalment, m'ho estimo més perquè es tracta d'un barri silenciós, tranquil i amb establiments locals amb preus normals. Quant a l'allotjament, no es pot demanar massa més per aquest preu. Va ser còmode, net, instal·lacions reformades recentment, check-in fàcil i a qualsevol hora (es fa amb un codi).
