The room was pretty hot but there was a ventilator which helped us, so it wasn't that bad regarding the heat. The staff was very helpful, they let us leave our luggage before and after check-in/out. The location is also very communicative, there is a metro 1 min from there, also a night bus stop and many more.

My room had everything I needed, super comfy and very quiet. Shower was amazing and the free toiletries of super quality. Breakfast was filled with options, delicious! I've managed to work from my room with comfort for the first 3 days, used the gym facilities which were a life saver and whenever I needed to go out felt safe coming back - staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for making my birthday so special and my first time visiting Milan so wonderful!
