I booked this for the location and based on other customer reviews, ability to check in late after a very late flight and price range. The hotel exceeded my expectations with for Rome relatively large clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

Relais Orso is a design accommodation located in the heart of Rome, just 200 metres from Piazza Navona. Set in a 17th-century townhouse, its rooftop terrace offers panoramic views across the city. The location is wonderful and it’s located within 15mins of everything! Great restaurants around. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The bath tub was a lovely addition. The bathrooms were modern and clean. I loved the huge mirror. Everything about it was perfect. I adored the rooftop bar. The staff were so welcoming and warm, and helped us book our airport shuttle. Would highly recommend!
