They were so helpful and friendly. They all do an amazing job! The room was stunning, the shower in particular deserves a call out, it was so luxurious. The breakfast had some of the best bread I had in Italy. They give bread and pastries and then a full menu additionally where you can order eggs, muesli, etc.

It was incredible! The location is simply amazing, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff were extremely welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room facilities were top-notch and we couldn't have asked for more. Oh, and the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! One thing that really caught our attention was the hotel's stunning marble staircase, which we later found out was built back in 1930. Truly impressive! Highly recommend this place!

The whole experience of this hotel was truly amazing. The entire staff were so accommodating and helpful. Any questions I had they would go above and beyond in sorting something out for me. The food recommendation they gave were fantastic also. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also the breakfast was fantastic too.
