Awarded two pavilions by the Michelin Guide 2020, Hotel Alza Kyoto is situated near the Kamo River and within Gion District, a 2-minute walk from Sanjo Station. Everything was great and best staff

Kyoto'da, Shoren-in Tapınağı'na 500 metre mesafede yer alan Waka Heian Shirakawa Hotel, şehir manzarasına sahiptir. Their customer service go far beyond the norm. I was in Nara when I message them via booking app because I do not have a local number. I needed their assistance to call a dental clinic because my travelling partner suffered a really bad toothache. I gave them one dental contact in Tokyo to help us to make an appointment the next day, while we returned to Waka Heian on that night from Nara. Not only they call that clinic, they took initiative to contact a handful of English speaking clinics near my tokyo hotels and called on our behalf while we are still in Nara. I only saw their reply 1 hour later. They knew where we stay in Tokyo as we arranged yamanto service through them. Such Customer service is really commendable and I highly recommend u stay at this hotel for their efficient and helpful service. Excellent location and 3mins walk to the train station with mulitple bus stops too.

Location was perfect for walking in the beautiful Gion area. Nishiki market and Pontocho street were just across the bridge and 7/11 next door for morning smoothies. Our deluxe room was really modern but with japanese feel, perfect! Plenty of room and the bed was the best we slept in on our trip. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

The bedroom was big for Japanese standards, with a built-in wardrobe, a comfy bed and a big bathroom. Very quiet. Extremely close to Gion and to Kiyomizu-dera, and within a few meters from a very convenient bus stop. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Then awake to find everything on your doorstep, temple, food, subway entry, geishas walking to work... and of course vending machines with everything needed.

Geleneksel tarzda konforlu temiz her şey düşünülmüş inanılmaz huzur verici bir anbiansı olan bir oteldi. En alt katta olduğumuz için küçük şirin bir bahçemiz bile vardı. Sabah camı açıp kyotonun mis gibi kokusuyla uyumak unutulmazdı. Çok yoğun olduğu için kalış süremizi uzatamamak biraz üzücüydü. Ayrıca kiyomizudera tapınağı yasaka tapınağı ve gion bölgesine yürüme mesafesindeydi. İnanılmaz merkeziydi etrafta ünlü restoranlar markette mevcuttu. Otel odasında bile vakit geçirmk güzel bir deneyimdi.
