It was 5-10 min walk from JR station. The staff were extremely helpful! The staff speak good English. They offer me extra help in finding the shops that I wanted to visit. I didn't book for the breakfast but the free drinks, snacks (free ice bar), and noodles were amazingly good. I will try breakfast next time when I come back.

The interiors are unique and the facilities are exceptional. Lounge access was a great option as well as the bar and library. The staff are so kind too and helpful. This hotel was basically a whole wellness experience dream come to life! The staff were so nice and friendly, and the amenities were everything you could possibly need and more. The onsens were beautiful, immaculate and clean - and the hotel breakfast was definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The late night soba hit the spot and the snacks were endless (popsicles, yakult, drinks in the lobby machine). Also loved the super comfortable yukatas and pjs that the hotel provided. It’s easily walkable distance from a JR station (just one stop away from Kyoto station), and there are multiple bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk that can take you all over Kyoto. It’s across the street from a 7-11, and right next to one of the prettiest parks!
