One of the best breakfasts we had in Japan, very good onsen, photos don’t do justice to the room, our room was very well stocked, they even provided washing liquid for the washer.

Very good location for ski in and out ! Room was excellent , very clean ,comfortable ,luxurious Breakfast : many kind of food , so delicious Onsen 's very good too

Centrally located in Hirafu's Upper Village, boutique hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu offers natural hot spring baths and delicately prepared cuisine. It got 24 hr free onsen, 24hr free gym, and free washing machine and dryer, really good facility for ppl to go skiing or snowboarding trip.

Great hotel with with a positive and very service minded staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Although the hotel is not a ski in or ski out hotel, the driver of the hotel delivered and picked us up by the slopes in a few minutes, no stress at all. The breakfast in the Green Farm Deli Cafe was really good, and they even had gluten free food! We will be back!
