I really love the staff, they are really helpful. They also can speak English really well so that's easy to communicate. The location is great, just few steps to Shin-Imamiya station. Love it.

They are responding in email for questions I asked before we arrived and they also helped us to get a taxi when we checked out. Place is also very quiet where you can rest well. They also cleaned our room everyday so when we arrived from our daily tour we find our room very neat again. I love also that they provide daily clean pajamas, towels ans slippers. Location isnfew stations away in Namba, easy to locate and accessible. Definitely will book again when I come back in Osaka! Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in nice area well connected with the metro Kind receptionists , speak English , possibility to leave the luggage . Amazing breakfast with discount given from the reception. Small room but with everything you need Very good quality price .
