I really love the staff, they are really helpful. They also can speak English really well so that's easy to communicate. The location is great, just few steps to Shin-Imamiya station. Love it.

They are responding in email for questions I asked before we arrived and they also helped us to get a taxi when we checked out. Place is also very quiet where you can rest well. They also cleaned our room everyday so when we arrived from our daily tour we find our room very neat again. I love also that they provide daily clean pajamas, towels ans slippers. Location isnfew stations away in Namba, easy to locate and accessible. Definitely will book again when I come back in Osaka! Highly recommended!

Conveniently located in the Nishinari Ward district of Osaka, Hotel Bloemen North Hanazono is set 300 metres from Hanazono Shopping Mall, 500 metres from Haginochaya Shopping Street and less than 1 km... Big and clean room. Very nice view. Hotel staff was speaking good English which is not common in Japan.
