Attractively situated in the Nishi Ward district of Osaka, MIMARU OSAKA SHINSAIBASHI WEST is situated 600 metres from Namba Shrine, less than 1 km from Samuhara Shrine and a 7-minute walk from... Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Great location, only about 15 minutes walk from Dotonbori and close to multiple subway stations.

Ozaki is so kind and waited up for us from our late flight and made sure we had everything.we needed and a whole lot more. We had a massive room with space to relax and move around, the bath and shower were fantastic and the washer dryer was so useful. The children were also very happy with Netflix and Disney+! We also dressed up in the traditional outfits with Ozaki's help, which was super fun for everyone. The ryokan is in an amazing location close to the metro just a couple of stops from Dotombori and Osaka Castle to name a couple of things. It was so easy to get around and there are many cafes and convenience stores very close by to grab whatever you need. We would 100% stay again.

We stayed at their sister hotel in Tokyo as well and this was our favourite hotel chain during our 2 week cycling trip in Japan. Very well thought out design and details that made it comfortable and efficient for travellers. The Aeon market right next door was amazing and super convenient since it was 24hrs.

Conveniently set in Osaka, Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridouri provides air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant and free WiFi. located next to the exit of subway station (yodobashi station). 24hrs supermarket on the ground floor. The room is clean. We booked a standard room with a double bed and no view. The room is enough for 2 20-24inches suitcases.
