The location was amazing and the staff was super helpful. They managed to find us a second room for a little extra space for our family of 4 on the 2nd out of 5 nights. They even managed to get us the second room on the same floor despite being nearly sold out for sakura season. Highly recommended. :)

The front staff were friendly and helpful. The room was new, and clean. The bathroom was great and more spacious than others in this range. The laundrette on the ground floor is a commercial entity and thus much faster than those found in other hotels. We particular loved the sake tasting, coffee and snack system for the coins provided at the front desk.

Late checkout penalty is dismissed despite that I have been previously informed of the extra 5,000 YEN penalty. THUMBS UP!!! Staffs are very friendly.

First off, the location was excellent. While my friends were walking 40+ minutes after a night out, I was less than a 5 minute walk from Amemura and 10-15 from the heart of Dotonborri. It was really close to the subway as well, and the facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was absolutely excellent, going above and beyond to help me. They gave me insightful recommendations that let me experience the area and food through the eyes of the locals, as well as helping me navigate bag sending and other travel questions I would have struggled with alone. I had an easy time meeting nice travelers and finding things to do like bars and karaoke, but was also able to find time to explore by myself which was exactly what I wanted. All in all, very positive.

오사카 내 이상적인 장소에 자리한 Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi에서는 뷔페 조식, 무료 Wi-Fi를 제공합니다. 숙소 근처에는 Nipponbashi Monument, Zojugoi Yasuidoton Dobokukiko Monument, Mitsutera Temple 등이 자리하고 있습니다. 7시부터 제공되는 아침식사가 빵이 다양하여 아주 맛있었고 커피머신에는 카페라떼도 가능! 방은 조금 작지만 일본 여느 호텔들도 다 동일할거라 생각됨.. 도톤보리에서 조금 먼거 같아 걱정을 많이했지만 신사이바시쪽으로 가서 쭈욱 걸어가다보면 도톤보리가 나와 오히려 완전 시내에 있는거보다 조용해서 좋았음. 바로 맞은편에 페일리 마트가 있는데 종업원들이 영어를 잘하고 친절해서 아주 좋았고, 그곳에서 음식을 사서 호텔 레스토랑(아주 예쁨)에 앉아서 먹으면 꿀맛! 레스토랑에서 제공되는 레몬물도 좋았고 택시도 부르면 정확하게 바로옴 굿굿 욕실에 욕조가 있는데 깨끗이 청소한 다음에 입욕제풀고 누워있으니 피로가 잘 풀렸음. 제가 있을 때는 한국어 가능한 직원을 보지못했지만 전반적으로 영어가 통해 좋았고 아주 친절했습니다! 다음에도 갈 의향이 많아요!

오사카 내 니시 구역의 매력적인 위치에 자리한 Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi에서 머물러보세요. 숙소는 Namba Shrine에서 8분 거리, Manpuku-ji Temple에서 600m, Orange Street에서 6분 거리에 있습니다. 조식은 추가하지 않아 맛은 모르지만, 직원분들의 서비스가 아주 좋아요! (비가 와서 어쩌나 했는데 우산을 빌려주셨습니다) 캐리어 셀프 보관할 수 있는 곳도 있어서 편하게 체크인 전/후에 모두 사용할 수 있었습니다. 아직 한국인 손님은 많이 없어서 영어로 안내해주시지만 어려움 없어요. 방 불빛 조절도 너무 좋고, 욕조도 있어서 근처 러쉬에서 사온 입욕제 사용 가능. 지하철역 2개랑 가까워서 이리저리 돌아다니기 어려움 없어요.

오사카 시에 위치한 The Stay Osaka Shinsaibashi는 글리코상(Glico Man Sign)에서 1.1km 떨어져 있으며 공용 라운지, 바 등 다양한 시설을 제공합니다. Literally one of the best hostel I ever stayed! I liked how they design the pods in the dorm room, very spacious, everyone gets their personal locker and plenty of spaces not just the bedding. The dorm room was big and everyone have space to lay their baggage flat. Sufficient make up spots with power socket point in the dorm room. Very considerate for a comfort stay I would say. Sufficient bathroom cubicles as well, equipped with hairdryers and chairs so i could sit and dry my hair. Common area is fantastic, open kitchen is available, a lot of dining tables, and sofa area seems cozy. Laundry facilities are available on site (very important yeah). First time towel usage is free :) strategically located!
