The rooms were HUGE, stunning, spotlessly clean, the view on the huge balcony was incredible! The beds were SO comfortable. They had so many fun things in the room that we enjoyed (robes, high quality bath products, coffee machine). They had a crib for our baby, with a personalized hand written note and baby bath products - so beyond thoughtful. Every night there was a choice of alcohol, snacks, drinks that we enjoyed so much! The staff were super helpful from the minute we checked in. The location was 10 minute walk from the train station (we took an airport shuttle directly from there!), 2-3 minute walk from restaurants, shopping area. We got SO much for the price we paid and it was such a great experience, we were so sad to leave!!!

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the newly developed Grand Front Osaka. From the welcome to the check-in and the time I stayed, every single person working were absolutely nice and helpful.

Great 5 star hotel, some part of this hotel might look dated, yet the service is superb. The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.

Japanese style breakfast is super delicious as well.

Everything clean and well equipped. Big room with a lot of facilities and a smart tv that you could connect to your phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. We’ll repeat.

Direct underground walkway access near the hotel entrance. The room was very clean, modern and well presented. By Japanese standards the room size was comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast was excellent

Terletak 2 menit jalan kaki dari Knowledge Capital, Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA menawarkan akomodasi bintang 4 di Osaka dan mempunyai tempat fitness lengkap, taman, serta bar. The location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance from the Osaka Station and it felt like I was living in a mall in the center of Osaka. The breakast was top notch at the hotel, and it was like a Gourmet buffet, but each level of the building offered a different resturaunts. The staff was super nice and the coffee machine downstairs was great. I checked in with the machine, but there was a staff member there to guide me. I didn't use the gym because I walked 10 miles each day, but maybe next time.
