Attractively located in the Taito district of Tokyo, Hotel Litlle Bird OKU-ASAKUSA is located 600 metres from Ichiyo Memorial Museum, 600 metres from Edo Taito Traditional Crafts Center and less than... Tetsuro is amazing. He is very helpful and always responds swiftly. He also kindly organised our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. The hotel is in a quiet part of Asakusa. We are avid walkers - and we do find the distance might be a bit far for others who may not be keen to wheel their luggage for quite a distance from Asakusa Station to the hotel. It doesn't bother us as we enjoy walking. The room is cosy, and you can adjust air conditioner to levels that you are comfortable with. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Laundry detergent are also provided Family mart is just down the road.

Staff is very responsive to queries. Even before we arrived, I was asking them a lot of questions since we were arriving late. They always responded within the day. One of my friends left her phone in the hotel. They immediately checked the room and gave us complete details on how we could have it shipped. Check in and check out process is simple and easy through the electronic tablet. Though the room walkways were a bit cramped, the beds were spacious and comfortable (especially the pillows and duvets). I also liked the big drawers under the bed. We were able to store a week's worth of clothes in it so we didn't have to open our luggages everyday. The restroom and shower room are separate and it was more efficient for us since we could use them simultaneously.

The room was comfortable even though it was small. I chose a room with a futon, which was very comfortable to sleep on. The staff was kind. The bathroom and shower were nice and always clean. It's close to a train/metro station (around 10 minutes by foot). The area is calm and quiet.

This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. I used to go this hotel and booked this hotel again three years ago. Unfortunely, I had to cancel such booking due to COVID-19. After 3 years has passed, I decided to book this hotel again. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are so nice and friendly. It was very impressive that I can see Tokyo Tower from my room. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go to Tokyo next time 👍👍😄😄
