Futakotamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu offers elegant and modern guest rooms situated on 28-30th floors. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Train Station, overlooking Tama River. The staff were amazing and friendly the entire stay! Room service was exceptional at cleaning and tidying the place when needed. The facilities were convenient and always kept clean and tidy! Definitely would recommend it, I didn't try the public bath there but encourage you to do so :)

Right across from Yoga Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, Tokyu Stay Yoga is a 12-minute train ride from Shibuya and offers fully equipped accommodations with a kitchenette for comfortable long... Great hotel in a fantastic location ! Room was great , the standard room we had in our middle stay (we came back here 3 times between travels around Japan) had a washing machine which was great , be aware if you book the economy standard no washing machine 😐 This hotel is in the delightful Yoga area on the Den-en-toshi train line , Yoga station is directly under the hotel , 5 stops and you are in Shibuya where you connect to many other lines and the Narita express ! Local shopping area just outside the hotel is fabulous with supermarkets,convenience stores , pharmacy , restaurants and a fabulous patisserie called Flora about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Free coffee machine in the hotel lobby topped it all off ! Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended stay , we will certainly be back

Located near the central Shibuya area, the b sangenjaya is a 2-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station, just 2 stops from Shibuya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-Toshi Line. The hotel staff assisted me with my luggage. My luggage was very heavy, and they assisted me all the way to my room.

I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future.

Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

Plenty of beds for our family of 5 . TV. Good shower . washer and bathroom dryer. 7-11 right next door. The train was a short walk. The host Jacob was exceptional. Gave us a tour of the neighborhood . Brought us to his favorite local ramen shop and showed us how to order. He also helped find cold medicine for my daughter.

First on the list, the owner Yumi san is a great host. I contacted her thru Line on the day of the check-in and she is very responsive to all my questions. She assisted us during check-in and explained the facilities. She is also very fluent in english that's why we didn't had a hard time communicating even in person. Next is the room. It might sound like an exaggeration but the room is squeaky clean. The floors are clean, the bed is nicely made, the TV is a huge smart tv ready with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are even complimentary snacks! The cooking pans and utensils are complete and we were able to prepare meals throughout our stay. There is a closet with hangers to keep our clothes and luggages, there is an automatic washing machine, oven toaster, microwave oven, kettle, wireless charger, and humidifier. Towels are provided and Yumi even asked us if we needed more. Lastly, the location of the property is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area which are all walking distance. Over all, this accommodation is the best one we've stayed at so far.
