The booking staff Ms. Ueda was extremely helpful to help us get a room that was accidentally cancelled. The hotel really cares about the guests.

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighborhood but well located to the subway station. Breakfast options were really nice. The room was small, but the good size will all amenities. The staff was welcoming and polite. I recommend it.

Open from September 2017, the b tokyo shimbashi toranomon offers accommodation, located a 6-minute walk from JR Shimbashi Station and Toranomon Subway Station. Free WiFi is available in guest rooms. The hotel staff and the hospitality was excellent, we loved our stay at B shimbashi . We had lost our bag in JR train and the staff was too humble that they have helped us in connecting JR and was so kind in helping us even after we did checkout . Very convenient location, staff were helpful. A family Mart just below the hotel. Room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo.
