The location was perfect. 15 min walk to Isetan. In my case, I had an urgent letter to be delivered to Japan. Even though there was no front desk at this place, Mariko was very kind and helpful. She collected it and left it in the mailbox for me. Excellent service.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was very comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed to stay there. The Premier Lounge was a very nice place. We loved to spend time there after a stressful day. Everything was just perfect.

Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!

The apartment was extremely affordable, and located in a great neighbourhood close (5min) to an underground station and at walking distance (20min) to Shinjuku train station. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was really kind and friendly, and happy to give advice about what to do the neighbourhood.

Atendió la más mínima de nuestras necesidades, tanto en persona como por correo electrónico e hizo que nuestra estancia en Tokio fuera aún más agradable si cabe. Nos gustaría volver a Japón. Y si lo hacemos, nos alojaremos en el Shinjuku Miyabe Residence, sin duda.

Nos alojamos en Shinjuku Miyabi Residence durante dos noches y la experiencia fue fantástica. El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, a veinte minutos andando de Shinjuku. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especial fue la amabilidad del propietario. Aki se encargó de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos y nos dio recomendaciones sobre qué hacer y ver en la zona. Sin duda alguna, recomendamos este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona.
