Staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was very comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed to stay there. The Premier Lounge was a very nice place. We loved to spend time there after a stressful day. Everything was just perfect.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was really kind and friendly, and happy to give advice about what to do the neighbourhood.

The kitchen utensils provided showed careful thought was put into planning. Presence of Karaoke machine. Provided some drinks and ice cream in the fridge. Staff were always willing to help. Even though there was a language barrier, you can see they dis whatever they could to understand and also communicate back to the customer.
