Situated in Tokyo and with Taira no Masakado's Grave reachable within a few steps, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. From the minute we arrived at Four Seasons Otemachi, we were treated like valued guests, despite it being our first stay. GM, Andrew De Brito introduced himself shortly after our arrival, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction (it was). As extremely detail orientated travellers with a number of requests, the hotel receives a 10/10 from us on all fronts. Nothing is too much trouble for the team; a doctor's appointment was even made (and medicine collected) for our daughter who had experienced motion sickness from the flight from Sydney and was apprehensive about returning home! Thank you to the Concierge team for working your magic! It is hard for 5 Star hotels to be on their game and maintain consistent customer service all the time, people are human after all. That said, somehow the Four Seasons Otemachi achieves this, and exceeds. The NYE dinner at Pigneto was fantastic, as was the live music (Josiah Hawley) in the lounge after. It will be a NYE to remember. Special mention to all the Food and Beverage staff, we so enjoyed our chats. By the end of our stay we felt like we'd made connections with a number of the team members, and we can't wait to return in the future to see everyone again. It would also have to be the best view in Tokyo; providing the weather is clear, you have uninterrupted views of Mt Fuji, from the lounge, Pigneto and guests rooms. We can't wait to come back and stay with Four Seasons Otemachi again.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful scene and location. Would recommend for special occasions, and highly recommend enjoying the hotels resturant downstairs, some amazing food and coffee. The Hotel also provided amazing room service in case of special occasions, and spectacular in-room dining.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station. Staff was fantastic. Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.

El Karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION està situat al barri de Chuo Ward de Tòquio i ofereix habitacions amb aire condicionat i TV de pantalla plana. The location is very strategic and there are a lot of food options around the area and the staff are more than willing to share with you the good food around the area. I highly recommend people travelling within different cities to stay here as it is close to the station.

Opening in August 2013, Super Hotel Premier Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Tokyo Shinkansen (bullet train) Station. Very convenient location - just couple of minutes walk from Tokyo Station; breakfast was excellent - wide variety of tasty food. Alcoholic drinks in the evening were a cherry on top :) Room was rather small but comfortable for 2 guests. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful :) I will definetly go back to the hotel because I didn’t get the chance to use the Onsen (I was so tired after sightseeing) 🫣

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market. Third time staying here - the last time was just before the pandemic. It's just as lovely as I remember it. Great location - situation right across the street from Tokyo Station. Lots of restaurants in all price ranges. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was informed that there may be construction noise during business hours but I did not hear anything.
