A practical and convenient hotel for tourists visiting Yokohama. My partner and I stayed briefly and found the hotel very accommodating. We were even able to check in early for a small additional fee - which allowed us to move about the city much more freely.

Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station, New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium features modern rooms with free WiFi and a restaurant. There was everything that I loved about this place and the room which faced the river was so breathtaking, I can not thank the hotel enough for giving us a riverview room. The staff were amazing and my Japanese was so poor their english was awesome. We had three people in the room and it had plenty of space to move around in. The location is right at the JR Sakuragicho station and only one stop from Yokohama which bascially can take you to all the go to places in Tokyo and surrounds. I loved this particular location as it was also much quieter than the others, and lots of places to eat, the coin laundry was not too far to walk, and everything was so super relaxing at this hotel. A huge thanks again.

GuestHouse FUTARENO asub Yokohamas Noge linnaosas, Sakuragicho ja Hinodecho jaamadest 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. the staff was so nice ,and they provided like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, facial cleanser and so on ,so actually you can doesn't take anything (except you have your own choice) ,finally i ike there , next time if i will go to yokohama again ,i would like try the different room type .
