Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Love this hotel. Very stylish and cozy. Good location. The best part for me was the opportunity to choose the pillows in advance. And it was really comfortable bed and the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept in hotels.

The hotel offers great service and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and has enough variety (even for me as a picky eater). The location is also good. There is a supermarket near by and if you don't mind walking a bit it is within walking distance to locations such as the Petronas Towers and the Merdeka Square. Also, the view frol our room specifically was stunning looking straight at Menara Kuala Lumpur.

Great location near Chinatown but set back in a very quiet location. Safe neighborhood, staff was very helpful and pleasant, made you feel like they cared how your experience is. The room was modern clean and comfortable. The 12th floor was very cool, nice large balcony, common area was very nice and if you're so inclined two very well equipped cooking station's.

Het ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is centraal gelegen, op 750 meter wandelen van de Petronas Twin Towers. Het beschikt over een infinity pool op het dak en een kinderbad. I loved the location - it was 15 mins walk from Petronas towers and KLCC metro station, and also Ampang Station on the other side to access the city areas line Central market, Petaling street and River of life. The amenities were great. I got the room with a city view and that was very lovely. They gave an iron, a small mini fridge and unlimited water, which was nice. The breakfast was really good with so many Malay dishes like Nasi Lemak, Kaya Pau, Mee goreng served everyday, alongside fresh continental dishes like chicken sausages, hash browns, waffles, etc etc. There is a grocery shop bang opposite for cheaper food and coffee options, and a seafood restaurant just next to the hotel. There were several other restaurants nearby, and a Watsons medicine shop which came to my rescue for a asthma attack emergency. Since Syria KLCC mall is walking distance, cheap and amazing food is very accessible. I absolutely enjoyed my stay with Ibis and highly recommend the hotel!
