We asked for a room with lake view and they booked us a great room with lake view form two sides which was amazing. The hotel was very clean and very quite, it was like we were living alone though the hotel was full. We totally recommend it.

We liked the view from the room (although the building is under construction right next to it, but you can't hear too much when the windows are closed) and the excellent breakfast. The room is spacious and has an interesting layout (shower and toilet are separate, and the sink is inside the room). The tram station is 2 minutes by walk from the hotel. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Situado na área de Zeeburg, o Homestay fica a cerca de 7 km da Basílica de St. Lovely spacious room with an illuminated bed, cosy balcony, direct access to canal, sheltered parking spot, the hosts even let us borrow their paddleboat for a romantic ride on the canal.

This family accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a waterfront villa in Amsterdam. The property is located 12 minutes from the historical centre of Amsterdam. The place looks like a little quiet oasis very close to the busy town center. It was definitely one of the best places in which we stayed in Amsterdam, and we went there many times. Marjolein and Jan are very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommended

I loved this location. It was 20 minutes by tram from Amsterdam Central Station. The tram ran frequently. It was a very quiet family neighborhood. It felt very private. The entrance is separate from the owners. The owners live upstairs/across the courtyard. They do not come into the rented area except to speak with you or go to their office down the hall (once). The bathroom was not in the room, but it was literally one room over down a short hall. Since the rented area is exclusively for the guest, I had privacy going to and from the bathroom. The rooms in the area are: guest sleeping room and large closet, bathroom, office (they mostly work upstairs when there are guests). The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was a large closet where I could put my things on shelves. The bathroom was large and had a large bathtub that was great to soak in after a long day of walking.
