There was a lot to like in this new hotel, first of all the attention to detail in the decoration, from floor to ceiling there is an abundance of good taste. We had a double room with very comfortable beds, the lights and power points well thought out, an Eamon chair by the window with an arching light that was great to flop into after a long day. Bathroom shower had lots of pressure and no waiting for hot water. The entire place was very clean. The staff were very helpful especially in the morning at the breakfast buffet. A great spread with cooked breakfast deli meats and cheeses, abundant fruit and a variety of breads and pastries. We also enjoyed the buffet lunch although I found it a bit pricey at $25pp but food was tasty, abundant and includes a soft drink.

The whole atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, the staff is very professional and accommodating, were always happy to help with my requests. My room was crispy clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I initially had a reservation for just a few days. I extended it for 1 more week! I really appreciate all staff for making my stay in Panama City enjoyable and comfortable. The roof terrace with the pool is really nice. I really liked the view. The breakfast's is good. Comfortable, clean room and beds. Staff is really helpful and friendly.
