We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The rooms were amazing, with floor to ceiling windows and views over the city. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was brilliant and had an extensive range of options. We enjoyed hanging out at the "wet deck" pool area.
