Hotel di Lido, Funchal

The newly renovated 4-star Hotel Baía Azul is ideally situated a 4-minute walk from Funchal’s beachfront. The lobby of the hotel was well appointed with great light and amazing view. Conveniently located with good parking. The beds were super comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. Breakfast buffet was very generous and they even included customized eggs. The hotel personnel were all nice and helpful

Renovated in 2018, the 4-star Hotel Alto Lido is located in Funchal’s prime area – Lido, 2.5 km from the city centre. Everything was amazing, be it service, staff, facilities, room service .... and for the price it was definitely more than worth - Definitely revisiting Plus the location is all you could ask for, super close to Funchal, Lido and Forum Madeira (everything is basically at walking distance)

As part of the Vila Porto Mare resort, this hotel offers 4 restaurants, 6 bars and 5 swimming pools. Porto Mare features an extensive tropical garden on the Atlantic oceanfront. Very beautiful well maintained property. Rooms, facilities and grounds were all well maintained. Staff were always helpful.

Beautiful location and facilities, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great for a rainy day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the room itself was huge with a private balcony. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is at a aerobus station. There is a big grocery store nearby, a lot of restauraces. Friendly stuff, nice view from the balcony and it's amazing to wake up with the sunrise. Fantastic location, shops, restaurants, car rentals, tourist agencies right in the same building as part of the shopping center, and also everywhere around. Public bus from the airport (Aerobus) has station right in front of the hotel door. Breakfast very good, and dinner as well. All served as buffet, and dinner drinks as included in the price.
