The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. I was surprised with how quiet it was! The included breakfast was really good and eating it on the rooftop was a really lovely way to start the day. I had been worried that we would be far from the centre but there’s loads of public transport near by, including the 15E and 18E trams.

The owner/host Patricia was a great communicator and kindly let us check in a bit earlier. She met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the property. Her English is impeccible and she had great suggestions for local grocery shopping and restaurants. The views from the dining room and living room of the bridge and river are excellent. Very quiet location but easy access to everthing. The furniture was comfortable, especially the couch which is not always the case at rentals. We have stayed in different neighborhoods and rentals in Lisbon over the years but this one was by far our favorite.

Everything was great! Paula waited for us with the keys and she did not mind that we arrived later than I originally informed her (due to the traffic). The appartment itself is very spacious and clean and has everything you need, including hairdryer and coffee machine (& coffee for it, too :D). But the best part for us was the little balcony, from which you can watch the life at LX factory, but also, it is directly under the arrival route of all the planes coming to Lisbon airport, so for my spotter boyfriend this was a very pleasant surprise. Furthermore, several public transport stops are very close, which was convenient. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back.
