Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs.
