A new hotel nearby Haram, very modern and elite architecture, and neat and clean rooms. Customer service was exceptional, from the Receptionist to the housekeeping department. No complaints at all.

Excellent hotel and Five Star Service. I booked 2nd time, they provided Excellent service. Very helpful staff and staff always asking for help or anything need. Daily housekeeping services. I will book in the future also, Insha Allah.

Nour Al Thuria Hotel stands tall at the heart of the Muslim World. The hotel 700 meters the holy Kaaba. Located next to 400 metres from Abraj Al Bait less than 5 minutes walking. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Nour Al Thuria Hotel during my recent visit. The experience was made truly exceptional by the exceptional staff, especially Sultan and Fahd, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their welcoming smiles and unwavering kindness truly made a difference in my trip. Sultan and Fahd's availability and willingness to assist with any request were remarkable. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also arranged for a more convenient room for my parents and me, ensuring our utmost comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Hadi, who was available to help us with our luggage and made the check-out process easy. Thank you, Nour Al Thuria Hotel, for having such an incredible team that made my stay truly exceptional. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit, thanks to the warm and caring staff who made all the difference.
