The people at the reception welcomed us very friendly and warmly. The bed was incredibly comfortable.Definitely a very clean room. The hotel is clean.Very close to the center. 2 stops by bus. The view is legendary.Breakfast variety is sufficient.Also, since there is YouTube on TV, we were able to watch our own country's channels on TV. If I come to Gothenburg again one day, I will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located a 5-minute tram ride from Gothenburg Central Station, this hostel offers free WiFi and rooms with cable TV. Hjalmarbrantingsplatsen Tram Stop is 450 metres away. Good location near a square with a supermarket, restaurant and a bar nearby but not obtrusive or noisy. The tram stop is also nearby, but I cycled every where. The hostel was clean, the rooms had enough space, the beds were comfortable. There is also a bicycle for hire which was useful. The kitchen is small but has a sizeable sitting area, a second sink in the kitchen would have been useful I think. The staff were friendly and all questions were promptly answered in advance of my visit. Luggage storage lockers available to use for free in reception. I will definitely stay here again.

Featuring an open-air bath and views of city, La Mare Resort is a recently renovated boat located in Gothenburg, 3.8 km from Gothenburg Central Station. A bit 'off the beaten track' and very unique accommodation with extremely friendly staff. It was appreciated by our whole company. Definitely a place to remember - in a good way.
