Hellstens Glashus is located in the vibrant Södermalm district in Stockholm. Gamla Stan, Stockholm's Old Town, is a 15-minute walk away. This hotel is a hidden gem. I loved the room (single standard) on the top floor, comfortable bed, big enough for a tall person, the location is amazing (metro station just across the street), bars & restaurants nearby should you need, and within walking distance to several areas.

Hotel Hornsgatan with 22 rooms offers a cozy, calm and personal atmosphere in a building from 1905. All our rooms have a desk, wardobe, chairs and windows that can be opened. It was a great combination of aesthetics, location and price. Very clean at all times, it did not bother me to have the shared bathroom at all. I liked the breakfast a lot, which had many tasty and healthy options. There is coffee, tea and snacks available throughout the day. The design of the hotel is great - simple, but beautiful. Good beds. The location is great, it is in the hip district Mariatorget with nice little shops and cafes, but not too touristic. We got good advice from the staff too about getting around in Stockholm.

Situated in the vibrant Södermalm district of Stockholm, the 18th century Hotel Hellstens Malmgård offers free WiFi and Gustavian-style rooms with period furniture. Service was great, excellent range of options at breakfast - including vegan butter, yoghurt and milk. Great little coffee machine that could be used to make a coffee for your room or to take one out for the day with you.

Långholmen Hotell is housed in a 19th century prison building on Långholmen Island in Stockholm. It offers free parking and unique prison cell rooms with flat-screen cable TVs and free Wi-Fi access. The idea (and the implementation of it) of the hotel is amazing, you literally feel in jail - a very comfortable and clean Swedish jail :) For us it was a surprise, but (don't get me wrong) a pleasant one :D

Situated in the trendy Södermalm district in Stockholm, by the green oasis of Tantolunden Park, is STF Hotel Zinkensdamm. It offers modern rooms with free WiFi access. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a park, close to the water and 2 metro stations and several restaurants and shops. Despite being busy, the hotel is very peaceful. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was great. The communal garden is a nice extra. The rooms are clean and practical.
