First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.

Located in Bangkok, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road boasts a rooftop outdoor infinity-pool with a skyline views, a business facilities and a fitness centre. We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo. It was well located for the embassy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a toddler and they found a stroller for her which made our outings a lot easier.

The Hotel Staff is what makes the difference. Every single time, regardless of how pety or important a matter was, they go far and beyond what is normally expected. I have been coming to Thailand for many years and stayed in many hotels, but this was my first time here in JW Marriott and they definitely stood out better than all of the rest.
