It is within walking distance of plenty of small cafes and such. There is a car park near by. This place also hosts a garden, and a full restaurant with bar. Even the music in the restaurant was nice: Lots of pop/jazz vocals! In these pandemic times, my room was cleaned daily, even it wasn't necessary. I always had clean towels and fresh bottled water! The font desk also assisted with me getting a taksi, currency exchange and answering any and all questions, no matter how mundane.

Rhiss Hotel Bostanci has a central location in the Asian side of Istanbul, only 700 metres from the Bostanci Ferry Port. Staff was nice and accommodating, room was spacious, breakfast was nice with many options w/indoor/outdoor seating, close to main train stations

Everything was great but the hospitality and friendliness of the owner Ibrahim exceeded all our expectations and made our first stay in Istanbul especially memorable! Thanks!
