The Person named SAMET INCEKARA from the Customer Care was indeed a real professional and indeed a GEM!! They treated me like a KING! This is how a customer should be treated always. They offered free Breakfast which was indeed not included in my package and the kept asking twice daily if I needed anything or if there are any complaints. I have referred them to all my business and family contacts and I am sure they will feel at home while being at Akgun Hotel. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

The location is great, its private and not crowdy outside. Hotel has a nice lobby and territory with cozy sofas outside that is difficult to find at other similar size hotels in Istanbul.

Hanna Hotel pakub majutust Istanbulis. Külalised saavad einestada kohapealses restoranis. Kõikides tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor. Mõnes toas on mugav istumisnurk. Tubades on veekeetja. The hotel was clean, very cosy, nice breakfast, close to tram station, straight line to the center. The staff is very nice. I really appreciate mister Mehmet. He helped us navigate Istanbul. He really has a good heart and cares about the customers.

The location is strategic at the historical city Next to the old wall , less than 1 minute walk to the bus station just in front of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 3 minutes walk to the metro, the staff were perfect, friendly and very helpful specially Mr.Taymor, our stay was perfect because of him, also for Arab, Baraa is from Lebanon is nice and he speaks Arabic. The stay was a good value for money.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff especially Ms. Sevil, Metin and Ebrahim. There are many good and friendly restaurants near hotel especially KONAK with very delicious foods.

Topkapi Old City Kensington Hotel ISTANBUL has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Istanbul. Great hotel! Affordable and clean. The staffs were also helpful and friendly like Diyyar, Bekkir and cleaning women. Thankyou!

Staff is extremely helpful. Location is amazing. Sauna steam and hammam facilities are of highest quality .
