I picked unit 5B and have a partial lake view while soaking in a nice bathtub. the location of the building is very close to the bus station, old street and pier. Very convenient. It's not a traditional hotel or B&B (minsu) which I like a lot. The staffs are helpful and responsive. I didn't see any staffs in person but they were quietly supporting us. They left daily supply at the door when I didn't need daily room cleaning. Generous free snacks and drinks. I will stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was very comfortable and nice. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever been on. Food was out of this world. Dinner and breakfast was good.

Everything else was great and I would highly recommend for location, balcony/view, room size, cleanliness, AC, TV and general helpfulness of the staff. Their English is occasionally spotty, but they make up for it with enthusiasm and a desire to be of assistance.

He spend time to explain our transportation options. The dinner was great. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is right at the lake and very convenient to get bikes and water sports.

Friendly staff and a shuttle bus to transport hub helps if you have heavy luggage. Free bicycle for use. Beautiful view right at (back) door steps.Excellent breakfast....the best I have had. Breakfast selection not great if you only eat western style food. Menu changed daily keeping it interesting.

Featuring free WiFi, a restaurant and a café, Sun Moon Lake Youth Hostel offers accommodation in Yuchi, 300 metres from Sun Moon Lake Ropeway. Staff were excellent! Very helpful and courteous. Cabins were also clean and comfortable. Excellent experience overall.

Only a 3-minute walk from Sun Moon Lake, Sun Moon Lake Apollo Resort Hotel features nice accommodation with lovely views. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The view from the balcony was superb, I highly recommended it! The staff was very accommodating. The room is big.
