Ez a brooklyni szálloda egy átalakított gyárban található, és tetőtéri loftlakásokat és lakosztályokat kínál eredeti műalkotással. Everything was great, the staff, the location, the breakfast. The hotel was very clean and in my oppinion is a great value for money. Every request that we have towards the staff was quickly resolved. There is a great vibe in the hotel

Greenpoint was a great base for exploring the rest of Brooklyn and the other boroughs, thanks to the subway being so close. We liked that the room was large enough for us to hang out in (as opposed to a smaller hotel room), and appreciated having the kitchenette. We’d definitely stay at Franklin Guesthouse again.

If I had to choose a word to describe this apartment it would simply be - wow!!! We live in the area but had friends coming to visit from out of the country and we all wanted to stay together. This might be the largest apartment I’ve ever seen in Brooklyn honestly. The location can not be any better if you want to be in a cool trendy popular Brooklyn area. Literally this corner of the park is the original Greenpoint. The apartment was decorated well, the only flaw was there are three bedrooms with 6 beds, and the dining table is for 4, and there is more than enough space to have a table for 6. The fact that they allow pets is honestly amazing. The pizza place down stairs is a fun vibe but if you’re coming to New York learn your pizza lol. The value for this was unbelievable. I would live here if they wanted to rent to me lol.
