The staff is readily available and the room was very comfortable. Being in a high floor noise from the outside was non-existent even thought the hotel sits in the heart of the city and not far from the metro loop.

The staff were friendly and helpful providing useful information about local scenery. The rooms are clean and the bed was SO comfortable. I often don’t sleep well away from home, but I had some of the best sleep of my life. In addition! For those of you who are obsessed with Peloton like myself- there is a Peloton bike in the gym :)

Steps away from the iconic shopping, dining and entertainment of Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this downtown Chicago boutique hotel puts a spin on modern luxury and comfort, offering 3 on-site... Superb city centre location. The rooms were perfect. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Wonderful breakfast in the diner at the entrance. Very unusual to get such a spacious rooms in a busy city centre. Enjoyed the stay more than I had anticipated.
