I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Recentemente ristrutturato, l’Hotel 31 Extended Stay vi attende in una comoda posizione sulla 31esima strada nel cuore di New York, tra Lexington e Park Avenue South. Stayed here for two months, March and April. Absolutely enjoyed the excellent location and ambience. Hotel is just few minutes' walk to main attractions like the Empire State Building and Flatiron, Macy's at Heralds, museums, countless restaurants and movie complexes, etc. Neighborhood was pleasant and rather peaceful. Room decor was classy and warm with vintage furnishings and ample lighting. Housekeeping / maintenance teams were efficient and kept the rooms clean and well maintained. Front Desk team members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available and sincerely committed to ensuring that the guests enjoyed a truly comfortable stay at this hotel.
