The room and location, everywhere we wanted to go or visit was within walking distant. Near airport and train, but couldn’t really hear any noises, so that’s a plus.Liked that our room and a microwave and fridge.

Featuring an outdoor pool and a spa, this San Diego hotel is 5 minutes’ walk to PETCO Park and 10 minutes’ walk to the San Diego Convention Center. The staff were super friendly throughout our stay and accommodating. We stayed with our daughter (1.5 years old) and the fridge in the room was not going to keep her milk cold enough. We called the front desk and asked for a kettle and fridge. Within 10 mins they had staff delivering these to our room and helped set up. The room was clean and big enough to have a crib. The location was great walkable to a lot of restaurants and the new children's museum. It was also nice to know the hotel had direct access to the stadium (if we went to see a game).

Located in the heart of San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter, guests of this hotel can stroll through 16 blocks of Victorian architecture and shops. Each charming room features a gas burning... I chose the Horten Grand Hotel because I wanted a historic hotel for the visit to San Diego with my mom. We were not disappointed. We loved the hotel decor, furnishings and history. The lobby and interior garden courtyard are lovely. The alcoves decorated with period furnishings that you can see when going up the elevator were a nice touch. The location was excellent. Even with my 90 year old mother, we could walk to lots of places. We loved all the old charming buildings around the hotel. We would definitely stay at the Horten Grand Hotel again and I highly recommend it.

This charming hotel is located in San Diego’s vibrant Little Italy district and is 10 minutes’ walk from the Maritime Museum of San Diego. location and the cute little boutique like rooms. the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful with the parking spot. the room had an small window looking out the street.
