Located in San Francisco and within 1.4 km of San Francisco City Hall, Chapter San Francisco features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, room, bathrooms, and common area were clean and well maintained. Very helpful to have access to a fridge (with labels and pen readily available), microwave, and hot water for tea. Individual beds had an outlet and a light and were provided a towel. Short walk to some fun locations and the immediate surrounding area felt safe. The building and rooms were secure. I'd definitely stay here again!
