The hotel was in a great location not far from the port. The building was interesting with a lovely old-fashioned lift and a terrace with great views. The beds were incredibly comfortable with good quality bedding and the showers were hot. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We hugely enjoyed our stay.

My son got bit by a dog in Buenos Aires and needed to get his third rabies vaccine in Montevideo. The staff made phone calls for us and found out the hospital we needed to visit to get his vaccine and the hours they were open for this. She was a real life-saver in a complicated situation for us. Would gladly stay here again.
