I don't normally write reviews but the level of service provided by this hotel totally exceeded my expectation. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. There was complimentary shuttle from hotel to old town. We booked two way but did not take the return trip as we did not know where the boarding place. When we arrived back at the hotel with grab and asked about the boarding place for future reference, the hotel refunded my grab's fare. Never experienced this level of service before even in five stars hotel. Special shoutout to both Kathy and Ame (Guest Relations Officers) for making our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was new (8 months old) and they rotated most of their breakfast menu every day. We stayed for three nights and had different breakfast everyday. Will definitely come back to see Kathy and Ame if there is opportunity to visit Hoi An again in the future :)

Set in Hoi An, within a 5-minute walk of Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Little Riverside Hoi An- A Little Boutique Lux Hotel & Spa offers accommodation with a private beach area. Super nice hotel! clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast too! the staff Sara and Lavie from the restaurant were so nice everytime we were there!! The hotel spa was also great and they had a discount so the massages were really in good prices! Rose and Tin from the front desk were super helpful all the time, helping us navigate in town and recommending places to go!

Pool was really nice, never too busy. Location was great only a short walk into the centre. Overall would definitely return to this hotel, enjoyed everything about it.

The location is perfect: sufficiently near the center of the city to go walking, but far enough to be in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The service was always willing to help with anything we could need. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of things (salty and sweet, as well as fruits and soups).

They organized airport-hotel transport (free), peeled and sliced fruits that we bought at the local market, and allowed us to eat an early lunch before our flight. Location was close to Old Town and the Memories show, yet a bit quieter than some areas. Modern, new building offered spacious bathrooms with tub and shower, a balcony, an attractive pool area, a welcoming lobby. Breakfast was included and one additional meal was offered free, but the restaurant has tasty food for any meal.

Clean, clean, clean!!! We loved our stay here. Amazing staff that helped with everything we needed. Very good breakfast, very good gym, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful finishes. Everything was so perfect. And so clean!!

Zakwaterowanie jest bardzo tanie, ale wygodne i warte swojej ceny. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny, szczególnie pani Robin.

Lots of fresh juices and fruits. Also breads and cornflakes. Besides there were many veggies and they made specially vegetarian food for us as we are pure vegetarians.
