Everything was excellent: comfy and spacious room (large room on the 1st floor, not the ground floor), good bed and pillows, nice view at the garden, very quite, tasty breakfasts, very nice and friendly staff. The isolation could be better, but as it is an old building, the guests are expected to moderate the noise. So this place is excellent for couples looking for a relaxing vacation. Leonel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the company of the beautiful Crazy and Michy during our stay.

Das Quinta das Hortensias ist ein traditionelles Haus auf Madeira in Arco de São Jorge an der Nordküste der Insel Madeira. Staying at Quinta das Hortênsias was one of the best decisions on this trip. Wonderful environment, a very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, garden, and terrace. I felt comfortable and safe, like at home. Special thanks to the host Viriato for his hospitality, sincerity, and easy communication. It was always a pleasure to chat. My first impression upon arrival - was that this house has a soul, and it was definitely confirmed. I highly recommend it. This apartment was one of the amazing experiences I had in Madeira. I would really love to come back someday. Thank you so much!

Das Casas de Pedra begrüßt Sie in einer idyllischen Lage in einem Agroturismus-Gebäude in Camacha, einem Dorf Madeiras, 12 km vom Stadtzentrum von Funchal entfernt. WLAN nutzen Sie kostenfrei. Auch unser 2. Aufenthalt im Haus Camélia war wieder sehr schön. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern und dem Personal herzlichst empfangen und wiederum haben wir herrliche Tage in dieser gepflegten Unterkunft verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tägliche Reinigungsservice und die liebevolle Bereitstellung von Blumen, kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und einem fröhlichen Lachen und Gespräch mit den Gastgebern.

Diese 1,4 Hektar große Unterkunft auf der Hochebene von Santo da Serra auf der Insel Madeira bietet eine natürliche Lagune. Super nice host! Takes care of e everything.

Die Unterkunft Quinta Terezinha verfügt über einen Balkon mit Bergblick, einen Garten sowie Grillmöglichkeiten und befindet sich in Ribeira Brava, nahe Strand Lugar de Baixo und 2,9 km von Strand... Quinta Terezinha is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a base to discover the island. The host Laura was so friendly and was really useful in providing information for the shops, restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation itself was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The farmhouse was lovely with comfy beds, a great shower and really clean. We didn't really make the most of the outdoor areas, but there are hammocks, a barbeque and sun loungers all with amazing views. As others have mentioned, you will likely become the owner of a couple of cats for your stay which we loved. On arrival, Laura had prepared a welcome hamper with some local exotic fruits, ground coffee and a bottle of Madeira Wine which was a lovely touch. If you run out or want any more fresh produce from the farm then the instructions are to just help yourself. What an amazing stay - just wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was very fantastic, but we think it requires a car. You are a part of nature. Surrounded by plants and flowers and a river. A bit like in the jungle. We are not usually into breakfast, but Carlos's breakfast was fabulous. We loved sitting in his kitchen and eating delicacies and hearing stories. His scrambled eggs were the best ever. Carlos an Leonor were very attentive to what you liked and there was always something new every day. Everything is not perfect, but it becomes when you have met Carlos and Elonor. They are so lovely people and they will do everything to make you feel good and at home. Thanks for making our visit so special :)
