The location of the pods is excellent; five minutes walk from the station and with views across to the small isles and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The lockbox allowed us to check in independently and dash to the boatyard for the 3:30 wildlife cruise with plenty of time to spare. The pod itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our few nights in Mallaig. Our hosts were excellent and responded to our queries very quickly! A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend!

Shepherd's Loch Glamping is such a unique space to spend time unwinding and relaxing. All of the cabins are well built and very interesting, with solar power, gas stoves and well-appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and the room was very clean and well appointed. We did a little fishing at one of the ponds, visited the little shop for supplies on site and borrowed a book from the community center. A pair of pheasants were living around our cabin, and put on a show each morning for us. Thanks for a great stay!

I can't get over how amazing a little pod could be! I really loved all the helpful notes around the pod that directed you to the pod guide book pages that were relevant. The Alexa was a great touch too!

Very comfortable and charming pod, with everything needed, hot water and great bed. Amazing vegetarian breakfast, VERY generous and with local products. The owner is charming and welcoming!
